CRPA and CARC Certification Renewal Workshops

All RCU Renewal Courses are NYCB approved for CRPA and CARC Renewal Certification through 3-31-2027.

Beginning in July 2026, CRPA renewals will require 30 hours of NYCB-approved renewal training every three years, including 9 hours approved Peer Ethics*.

CARC renewals require 18 Hours of NYCB-approved renewal training every three years, including 3 hours approved Peer Ethics.*

All RCU Workshops below are approved by IUA-NYCB for CRPA and CARC Renewal Hours (and many are also approved for Initial CARC Elective Hours) through March, 2027. Click on individual courses to see approval badges. Also approved for CASAC Renewal hours. Please request OASAS Certificate in class for CASAC Renewal.

* These Ethics Workshops are each approved to meet the 9 Hr. Peer Ethics Renewal Requirement for CRPA (beginning with July 2026 renewals) and 3 Hr. Ethics Requirement for CARC Certifications:

NOTE: 4 Hr. Medication Supported Recovery is approved for Renewal CE’s ONLY IF NOT taken previously as part of the CRPA / CARC 50 hours Foundational Coursework (this usually applies only to Certifications received prior to 2021).
